Greg is the Director of Content Strategy at Bixal, a mission-driven consulting company working alongside governments and organizations to help them deliver better services and experiences to the communities they serve, and he's learned a lot during his career. In his book Greg argues that content authors are the users a content management system needs to serve, because it's their work that contributes directly to a project's success. He turns a user-centered lens onto the authoring experience and shows you how to balance organizational needs and structured content approaches to create intuitive interfaces for authors.
