Join Cruce Saunders, founder and principal at [A], and Michael Andrews, content strategy evangelist, as they uncover how structured content and content design work together.
Cruce and Michael will discuss the opportunities, benefits, and processes for structuring content when developing content for transactional apps and products. Then they will address different levels of structure that can be included in a content model and how a content model can improve how content folks collaborate with UI designers and developers.
Some enterprise content teams are evaluating content supply chains in the wake of large language-learning-models and AI-enhanced workflows. But AI doesn’t change the need for content to have a consistent structure. With more content moving faster, structure is more important than ever. Many teams are still learning to adopt structured content practices. This session will help us understand the basics and where to get started, as well as introduce tooling for getting structured content into the design process.
